Terms of Use
A short, plain-language summary
The artwork is mine
Every painting, drawing, mural and photograph on this site is the work of Verginy Al Ghafary, unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell any of it without written permission. Sharing a piece on social media is welcome — a credit and a link back is all I ask.
Orders and bookings
Nothing is bought or paid for on this website. Enquiries about a painting, a commission, a mural, an event or a class start a conversation on WhatsApp or by email — prices, timing and payment are agreed there before any work begins. Availability shown here can change, so a piece is only reserved once it is confirmed.
Commissions
Custom work is made by hand, so small variations from a sketch or reference photo are part of it. Timelines are estimates and depend on size, materials and drying time. Any deposit, delivery and revision terms are confirmed in writing before starting.
This website
Content here is kept as accurate as possible but is offered as-is, and pages may change as new work is added. If a link is broken or something looks wrong, please let me know.
